You are quite likely to find Haydn up-side down; he loves handstands arm balances and inversions. Haydn comes from a gymnastics background and spent 10 years as a professional theatrical dancer and acrobat touring all over the world. Haydn initially practiced yoga as a way to keep his body flexible, strong and injury free. Now he enjoys the balance of the physical practise working with the breath to tune into the fluctuations of the mind.

With Haydn's acrobatics, dance and functional fitness background you can expect a well balanced physical practise with loads of options and variations for all levels, a rhythmical flow of breath and body, thought provoking philosophy to bring to our modern day lives…… and of-course, a laugh along the way.
What began as a physical discipline for Jessie, turned into a lifestyle that provided balance and healing for her body and mind. Yoga was the game-changer that helped her articulate her body's phsycial needs and provided space and clarity for her thoughts.
Having always had a keen interest in physical fitness, this love of movement developed into a practice and subsequent teaching style that is strong and intuitive, challenging and grounding.
Jane is committed to being a life long practitioner of yoga. She attends regular training programs to ensure that her knowledge, learning, and teaching abilities are continually refreshed and deepened. Her upbeat kind nature combined with extensive training allows Jane to guide her students to connect with their true nature and develop a yoga practice that supports their personal growth and lifestyle.
Jane has been teaching yoga for 10 years and practicing yoga for more than 2 decades. She offers instruction in Vinyasa, Hatha, Roll and Release, Restorative, Yin, Yin / Yang, Fly Gym Yoga, Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga and she is also a Social Worker and Reiki Practitioner.
Jane feels extremely blessed to be able to share the beautiful practice of yoga with others and looks forward to practising with you soon.
