Class Styles

We offer Vinyasa and restorative yoga classes at varying temperatures. All classes are an hour long, and cater to all levels. For more information on what to expect please see class descriptions below.

Dynamic classes:

Picture
Power Vinyasa is our most dynamic class. The temperature will heat up to a balmy 28°. Power is a fast paced flowing class to get the heart rate up and help build strength and flexibility.

Hot Vinyasa classes move at a medium pace in a room up to 35°. The heat allows the body to open up and find depth in the poses. The heat cleanses by rinsing out toxins via our sweat.

Restorative Classes:

Picture
Slow Flow is a restorative practise incorporating more yin style postures with a gentle flowing element to the practise. The room is warm and the class is designed to help with mobility through gentle flowing sequences.
Picture
Yin Yoga is a meditative practise with long deep holds to enhance mobility and encourage relaxation. We keep the room at a comfortable temperature. Feel free to wear layers as you won't be getting sweaty.

A Mix Of Dynamic & Restorative:

Picture
Hot and Slow is a basic vinyasa yoga class
in a nice hot room. So you will still get
a nice sweat on as you move through the
alignment of some on the foundational
yoga poses. There is a reason Hot and
Slow sits in the middle of the page. It is
because it's a balance of Yin and Yang.
